Ingredients for 4 people
- 150g Nazareth cheese finely grated
- 8 pieces bread
- 2.5 tablespoons flour
- 2.5 tablespoons mustard
- 60 ml high-fermentation blonde beer
- Salt and pepper
- Nazareth butter unsalted
- Cayenne pepper, basil leaves and cherry tomatoes for decoration
Stir the flour, mustard, bear and some seasoning into the cheese. Mix well.
Lightly butter the bread and place it under the grill.
Then cover with a layer of the cheese mixture and place under the grill again until the cheese is a nice brown colour.
Finish with cayenne pepper, basil and tomato.
