Nazareth cheese hors d’oeuvres

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 150g Nazareth cheese finely grated
  • 8 pieces bread
  • 2.5 tablespoons flour
  • 2.5 tablespoons mustard
  • 60 ml high-fermentation blonde beer
  •  Salt and pepper
  • Nazareth butter unsalted
  • Cayenne pepper, basil leaves and cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • Stir the flour, mustard, bear and some seasoning into the cheese. Mix well.

  • Lightly butter the bread and place it under the grill.

  • Then cover with a layer of the cheese mixture and place under the grill again until the cheese is a nice brown colour. 

  • Finish with cayenne pepper, basil and tomato.

  • Serve warm.
