Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 slices of white or brown bread
- Nazareth butter
- Nazareth cheese 4 slices
- Boiled ham 4 slices
- Black pepper
- Lettuce
- Tomato
For the sauce:
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp whipping cream (33%)
- Cayenne pepper and salt
- 20 ml whisky
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and check the seasoning.
Butter the bread on both sides and place the ham and cheese on it, you can even grind some pepper over it.
Fry in a pan until the cheese has melted and the bread is nicely coloured.
Garnish with lettuce, tomato and cocktail sauce.
