Ingredients for 5 people
- 180 g grated Nazareth cheese
- 150 g Nazareth butter
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh finely chopped basil
- 1 egg
- 2.5 dl milk
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 50 g roasted pine nuts
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the baking powder, pepper, salt, Nazareth cheese, basil, eggs, milk, melted butter and the pesto in this order until you have a smooth mixture.
Butter the baking tins and fill ¾ with the dough.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180° C.
Decorate with the pine nuts.
